Shipping & Return Information
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
Aware Cosmetics makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.
Our website carries a large assortment of products. Many of our products are seasonal, limited edition exclusives and once they are out of stock, they will most likely not return. Occasionally an item in our standard selection may be temporarily out of stock. We recommend that you check back or contact us to see which items are back in stock. At this time we do not have a backorder system.
In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out-of-stock item. Since we do not have a backorder system, you will need to reorder the item when it is back in stock.
If you’d like to return your purchase, we’d like to hear from you first. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To return your products, please include the packing slip with your return and ship to the address below. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery.

A credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of the submitted Aware Cosmetics order are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Aware Cosmetics.
